LeadFire Dental Lead Tracking Reports provide a comprehensive list of all your new patient leads. You can see what type of lead it is – whether it’s a phone lead, a response to a website promotion, a patient request from an online dental directory, or what have you.
All these leads are gathered here together, letting you easily determine which sources are bringing in the most new patient leads.
There is a lot of information about each lead – when it came in, who it came from, where they’re located, and what their contact information is. If Call Tracking and Call Recording is enabled, you’ll also see a list of everyone who called the toll-free number on your website to request an appointment. You can see how long the call lasted and even listen to a recording of each call. Monitoring these calls can give you valuable insights into how well your front office is converting these calls to actual appointments.

Notifications of New Patient Leads
You select exactly how you want to be notified of new patient leads. For each dental practice location, you can enter an email address, a fax number, a cell phone number for SMS text messages, and a telephone number for voice messages.
You’ll see a list of all the various types of leads that your LeadFire website can generate – things like Appointment Requests and Emails to the Doctor. For each type of lead, you choose how you’d like to be notified. Check the boxes to indicate if you’d like to get an automatic email, fax, text message and/or voicemail notification.
The LeadFire Marketing Program also includes Call Monitoring. Improving your front desk’s skills can dramatically increase conversion from appointment requests to actual patients in the chair. By reviewing recordings of appointment request telephone calls, you can accurately monitor the effectiveness of your dental practice’s front desk team.
