If you’ve turned on Call Tracking and Call Recording, you’ll also see a list of everyone who called the toll-free number on your website to request an appointment. You can see how long the call lasted and even listen to a recording of each call. Monitoring these calls can give you valuable insights into how well your front office is converting these calls to actual appointments.

You select exactly how you want to be notified of new patient leads. For each dental practice location, you can enter an email address, a fax number, a cell phone number for SMS text messages, and a telephone number for voice messages.

For each type of lead, you choose how you’d like to be notified. Check the boxes to indicate if you’d like to get an automatic email, fax, text message and/or voicemail notification.
