LeadFire’s online Control Panel lets you instantly review all leads generated by your LeadFire marketing solution.
You can listen to call recordings, view new patient graphs, and download your lead tracking data for your own dental marketing analysis.
Filter your results by time period, by web portal, from directory marketing, or for a specific practice location. Review leads from web forms, emails, and telephone calls.
You can also review lead reports based on City, Postal Code, Dental Market, and Lead Type.
Dental Marketing Analysis: Track Every Single New Patient Lead
If you’ve activated Call Tracking and Call Recording, you can listen to a recording of every incoming call generated by your LeadFire dental marketing.
You’ll see a variety of information about each lead, including when the lead came in. If available, the dental marketing analysis report will include the contact’s name. You can also see the contact’s city, state and ZIP code.
This reporting data lets you determine which cities are generating the most new patients for you, how the different dental markets you’re targeting compare to each other, and what’s motivating patients to contact you.
